Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development and management of insurance products, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.
- Drive product innovation by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to optimize product performance and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for insurance product portfolios, ensuring scalability and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Monitor and report on product performance, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and internal teams.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing insurance products in the Asian market.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing insurance products in Indonesia.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of the Indonesian financial landscape.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
