Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with MPF Scheme Employers and Employees to resolve outstanding transactions, requests, or document submissions.
- Manage and track pension-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and improve process efficiency for ePension services.
- Utilize digital platforms to monitor, update, and maintain accurate records of pension transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complex queries and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, trends, and areas for improvement to management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ORSO ePension services through feedback, innovation, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or financial services, preferably in pension or MPF schemes.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Experience with ORSO or MPF schemes is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Certifications in financial services or operations (e.g., Certified Pension Professional) are advantageous.
