Responsibility
- Execute futures and options trades for institutional clients with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies to optimize execution quality.
- Collaborate with sales, research, and risk management teams to align trading activities with client objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in execution trading, with a focus on futures and options.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and order execution strategies.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in trading software and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in financial trading.
