Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Monitor daily cash positions and recommend funding or investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze financial trends, market conditions, and internal data to refine forecasting models.
- Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow projections, variances, and risk exposures to senior management.
- Implement and improve cash management processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts, fees, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in cash management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or Treasury Management) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial forecasting.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, ERP systems, or treasury software.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, liquidity management, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with international cash management and multi-currency transactions is highly desirable.
