Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of mortgage clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to recommend suitable mortgage products and loan structures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for mortgage loan disbursements and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and competitive advice.
- Prepare and present customized mortgage proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and repayment plans.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and ethical lending practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, RMF) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, retail banking, or financial advisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan underwriting, and credit risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and financial software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
