Responsibility
- Promote and market credit products to potential customers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of credit applications and disbursements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit marketing.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Basic understanding of financial products and credit services (training will be provided).
- Possession of an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for mobility in assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
