Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide personalized financial advisory services, including investment, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to create and implement wealth management strategies tailored to client profiles.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and present suitable product solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and Prudential’s product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, or wealth management (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, and retirement plans.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RFC) as required by the role.
