Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand TRBank’s loan portfolio in real estate and auto financing, focusing on Bali’s high-growth markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with real estate developers, auto dealerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Lead end-to-end loan processing, from application to disbursement, ensuring compliance with TRBank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that drive loan applications and customer acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain TRBank’s competitive edge in the lending space.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless loan experience.
- Analyze loan performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize approval rates while minimizing risk.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan management, sales, or business development, with a focus on real estate or auto financing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of loan products, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems and financial software (e.g., Salesforce, Finacle, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
