Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the efficient collection of cash payments from dealers and clients to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
- Assess the creditworthiness of new dealers by analyzing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant data to mitigate financial risks.
- Monitor maturing and delinquent accounts, implementing proactive strategies to reduce overdue balances and improve collection rates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of payment issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, aging of accounts, and credit risk assessments to management.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to align credit policies with business objectives and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to credit and collections.
- Utilize collection software and tools to track account statuses, payment histories, and follow-up actions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or a similar role within the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using financial software, collection tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local and international credit and collection regulations and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing financial records and reports.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
