Responsibility
- Process and verify financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with accuracy and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through financial products and services.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative records, including client documentation and transaction logs.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for branch management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations and adherence to company policies.
- Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers and reconciling discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by explaining policies, terms, and procedural requirements.
- Act as a reliever for other branch associates, ensuring continuity of service during staff absences or peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service roles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and relieve colleagues as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
