Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan volume targets.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations to ensure loan applications meet BDO’s standards for profitability and quality.
- Provide personalized financial solutions and loan products tailored to the needs of individual and business clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit analysts and branch managers, to streamline loan approval processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record in loan origination or credit sales.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit policies, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
