Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report potential risks or issues related to loan repayments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client disputes and ensure smooth collection processes.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Educate clients on the importance of timely payments and the consequences of defaults.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
- Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office tools.
