Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive branch sales and achieve targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for branch personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the financial services sector.
- Ensure the branch meets all operational and financial goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements in Bali.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
