Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications for our global banking platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews to uphold quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our tech stack.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on C# and .NET Core/.NET 5+.
- Proven experience with ASP.NET, Web API, and RESTful services.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
