Responsibility
- Monitor and process daily payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and fraud alerts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to streamline payment workflows and reduce processing times.
- Maintain and update payment system configurations, including fee structures, currency conversions, and compliance rules.
- Generate and analyze reports on transaction volumes, error rates, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, AML, and local regulatory requirements for all payment operations.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of automation tools and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in payments or fintech are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations, transaction processing, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, acquirer/bank reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with SEA payment ecosystems (e.g., Doku, OVO, GoPay, or international schemes like Visa/Mastercard).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data analytics tools for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
