Responsibility
- Assist senior consultants in preparing and submitting visa and residency applications.
- Conduct initial client consultations to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Research and stay updated on immigration policies, laws, and procedural changes.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Assist in organizing client seminars and workshops on immigration-related topics.
- Collaborate with the education consultancy team to support students and professionals relocating to Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
