Responsibility
- Oversee and manage statutory compliance for a portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring adherence to corporate laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and file annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents with relevant authorities.
- Organize and minute board and shareholder meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and update corporate registers, including shareholder and director records, in a timely and precise manner.
- Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth corporate operations.
- Assist in the incorporation, dissolution, and restructuring of companies, including drafting resolutions and constitutional documents.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor changes in corporate legislation and implement necessary updates to internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA, CSQS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in board meeting management, minute-taking, and statutory filings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in corporate secretarial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
