Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of all government permits, licenses, and certifications required for company operations.
  • Liaise with local, regional, and national government agencies to ensure timely processing of documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor changes in government policies and regulations, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete permit applications, ensuring all supporting documents are in order.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for permit applications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all permits, licenses, and their expiration dates, ensuring proactive renewals.
  • Represent the company in meetings, inspections, and audits with government officials and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline permitting processes and reduce turnaround times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the energy or construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian government regulations and permitting processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with permit tracking software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local Balinese dialects is an advantage.
