Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of catering services for various events and functions.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering equipment and venues.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in catering operations.
- Support the catering team in various administrative tasks, including order processing and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Catering, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
