Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks according to PPP Coffee’s standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and blenders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Educate customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and assist with restocking.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or specialty coffee shop (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for coffee culture and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
