Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, and dust all surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Assist in the cleaning and upkeep of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
