Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive traffic flow analysis using specialized software and tools to identify congestion points and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement traffic management plans to optimize road usage and reduce travel time.
- Collaborate with engineering and urban planning teams to design and propose infrastructure improvements.
- Collect and analyze data from traffic sensors, cameras, and other monitoring systems to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on traffic patterns, trends, and recommended solutions for stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of traffic simulation models to predict the impact of proposed changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented traffic management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in traffic engineering and incorporate best practices into projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in traffic analysis, transportation planning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in traffic modeling software such as VISSIM, Synchro, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Indonesian traffic regulations and infrastructure standards is preferred.
