Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for fire alarm system installations, upgrades, and maintenance in Bali.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and system audits to guarantee compliance with NFPA, local codes, and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues proactively.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct final inspections to ensure system functionality and client approval.
- Train and mentor junior staff on fire safety protocols, project management tools, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fire alarm or life safety systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and industry standards (e.g., UL, FM Global).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Fire Safety is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
