As an Assistant Application Engineer, you will collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and optimize application systems that meet client specifications. Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of application engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored technical proposals.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of application systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and reports.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in application engineering, product development, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, control systems, or mechatronics is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
