Responsibility
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of industrial engineering systems to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate automation, data analytics, and IoT solutions into existing workflows.
- Design and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure compliance and scalability.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering and digital systems to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, systems analysis, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, workflow automation, and system integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ERP, MES, or PLM systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, robotics) is an advantage.
