Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain Embedded C firmware for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Design and implement RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) for embedded applications.
  • Create and optimize MCU drivers for hardware peripherals.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with embedded systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
  • Optimize power consumption and performance in embedded systems.
  • Document firmware designs, APIs, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in embedded systems and firmware development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Embedded C programming for microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC, AVR).
  • Strong knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
  • Experience with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Familiarity with power management and low-power design techniques.
  • Understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
  • Ability to read schematics and work closely with hardware teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
