Responsibility
- Lead the design and engineering of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses for potential solar projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems.
- Monitor project performance and implement optimizations to maximize energy output.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging solar technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project engineering or renewable energy.
- Proven track record of managing solar projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of PV system design, inverter technologies, and energy storage solutions.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally beyond.
