Responsibility
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural systems for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Bali.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform structural integrity assessments and recommend cost-effective, sustainable materials and construction methods.
- Oversee construction phases, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local building codes, and environmental best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, seismic design standards, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
