Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of electronics manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of manufacturing equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and resolutions in compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and spare parts procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to equipment safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing equipment, including SMT machines, inspection systems, and testing devices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools for tracking equipment performance.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of a manufacturing environment.
