Responsibility
- Assist the Site Engineer in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Manage and control engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays or risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) compliance in accordance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, and utilities.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, including photographs, measurements, and technical observations for stakeholder review.
- Assist in resolving technical issues on-site, providing practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site engineering, infrastructure projects, or construction supervision (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D (or similar software).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
