Responsibility
- Lead the design and planning phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure adherence to project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and planning for infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in a senior role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and environmental considerations in Bali.
