Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the tender team, including engineers, estimators, and legal advisors, to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Monitor and track tender deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all required materials.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance in all tender activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on tender progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, tender preparation, and project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
