Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with traditional retail partners in Bali.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify opportunities.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product features and promotions.
- Collect and analyze sales data to generate reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by retail partners promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or channel management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
