Responsibility
- Assist in processing and documenting trading transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping for trading activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics) to facilitate seamless trade operations.
- Prepare and verify trading documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling stock records with trading activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and partners to resolve discrepancies or delays in trading processes.
- Generate reports on trading performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new trading systems or software to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, trading, or office management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
