Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing communications, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations on operational improvements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
