Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing communications, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations on operational improvements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
