Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management for aviation operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards and company policies.
- Provide general office support, including managing phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, or training sessions related to aviation operations.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic understanding of aviation terminology and industry practices is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
