Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, meeting preparation, and document management.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Oversee personal and professional errands, including expense reporting, vendor coordination, and event planning.
  • Develop and implement organizational systems to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, including market research, partnership coordination, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international business environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
