Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and business partners.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and site visits to strengthen relationships and resolve any operational challenges.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to internal teams and external parties.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and submitted.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in stakeholder management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in liaison, public relations, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
