Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and business partners.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and site visits to strengthen relationships and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to internal teams and external parties.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and submitted.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in liaison, public relations, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
