Responsibility

  • Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of marine coatings to clients and partners.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and logistics documentation using company systems.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.
  • Assist in resolving delivery delays or issues, communicating proactively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in the marine, coatings, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or logistics software.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs documentation, or marine industry standards is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in Denpasar/Badung, Bali with occasional travel as needed.
