Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of marine coatings to clients and partners.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and logistics documentation using company systems.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.
- Assist in resolving delivery delays or issues, communicating proactively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, logistics coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in the marine, coatings, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or logistics software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs documentation, or marine industry standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar/Badung, Bali with occasional travel as needed.
