Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and organize all necessary documentation for trade, customs, and internal operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Calculate duties, taxes, and fees due for shipments, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to provide updates, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Maintain and improve the 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) workplace organization system to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in auditing documentation processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Generate and distribute reports for management, clients, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation workflows and reduce processing time.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in logistics or trade.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and documentation management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, duties, and tax computations is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
