Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and professional representation.
- Manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs to optimize executive productivity.
- Coordinate and organize institutional events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update institutional records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes for departmental needs.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
