Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and inventory with 100% accuracy.
  • Issue and file receipts for every inventory movement, ensuring full traceability.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all branch documents.
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports on inventory status and administrative activities.
  • Assist in coordinating branch meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications
