Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Issue and file receipts for every inventory movement, ensuring full traceability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all branch documents.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports on inventory status and administrative activities.
- Assist in coordinating branch meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or inventory management roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
