Responsibility
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing follow-up actions.
- Track project risks and issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) to track progress and collaboration.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project administration, office support, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
