Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support management and team operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism and discretion.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with data entry, database management, or basic data analysis is a plus.
- Highly organized with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and basic IT troubleshooting.
