Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate administrative operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external parties, including government agencies, vendors, and clients, to facilitate smooth communication and resolve disputes.
  • Oversee the processing and management of permits, licenses, and compliance documents to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless integration of administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
