Responsibility
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents as required.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment is a plus.
