Responsibility

  • Manage and verify billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document management, filing, and office supply procurement.
  • Assist in financial reporting by compiling data, preparing spreadsheets, and supporting month-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and streamline communication.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Optimize administrative workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or office support roles.
