Responsibility
- Manage and verify billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document management, filing, and office supply procurement.
- Assist in financial reporting by compiling data, preparing spreadsheets, and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and streamline communication.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Optimize administrative workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
