Whether you’re greeting international clients, organizing events, or supporting our instructors, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards that define us.
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, students, and visitors, delivering a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.
- Manage front-desk operations, including phone, email, and in-person inquiries, with a focus on prompt and courteous communication.
- Coordinate class schedules, registrations, and payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless client experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports to support studio operations.
- Assist in organizing studio events, workshops, and performances, including logistics, promotions, and client communications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the studio’s premium branding.
- Collaborate with instructors and management to address client needs, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, adhering to studio policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
- A proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate studio schedules.
- Experience in the arts, dance, or fitness industry is highly desirable but not required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, with valid work authorization for Indonesia.
