Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Track and update project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and administrative documents to support project objectives.
- Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and approvals to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets to record project-related data and progress metrics.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and distributing action items to relevant parties.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for sustainability, aquaculture, or environmental conservation is highly desirable.
- Previous internship or work experience in administrative support is an advantage.
