As a Trade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, conducting field visits, and achieving sales targets in your assigned trade territories. You will work closely with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to promote our high-quality food products and services. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned trade territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets to promote Golden Acres products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent Golden Acres at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, trade marketing, or business development, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s hospitality and tourism market, with existing networks in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali for field visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
